Ninh established a team to inspect coal mining activities

Quang Ninh Department of Industry and Trade has just issued Decision No. 578/QD-SCT dated March 14, 2018 on the establishment of a team to inspect the mining, transportation and processing of coal and industrial explosives; management of construction quality and safety of mine dumps, prevention of water burst incidents, mine flooding before the rainy season in 2018.

The inspection team consisted of 5 comrades, the head of which was Mr. Pham Quang Thai, Deputy Director of the Department. As planned, the inspection team started working from March 27, 2018 to the end of April 3, 2018 at five units: Uong Bi Coal Company, Hon Gai Coal Company, Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company. , Thong Nhat Coal Company and Vietnam Coal-Mineral Industry Group. The delegation will inspect Thong Nhat Coal Company at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 30, 2018, the inspection site at the Company's Office and the opening of the unit.

      The inspection content mainly focused on issues such as: Compliance with the provisions of law in the field of construction investment management, quality management of coal and mineral mines; preservation and use of industrial explosives and safe technical management in mining, dumping and prevention of water spill incidents, mine flooding before the rainy season in 2018. As for the actual inspection, the delegation conducted an inspection. Probability checking at some production works and workshops.

      The inspected units need to prepare full dossiers, documents and written reports according to the following contents: General situation (Total number of employees, production and processing output, number of coal mining projects) of the unit, the total amount of money spent on prevention and control work...); The field of mineral activities includes legal and technical records. At the same time, the units also made recommendations and suggestions of their units to improve labor productivity, remove difficulties and obstacles commonly encountered in production and business activities.
